Request the Policy Blueprint

The WPTC Policy Blueprint sets out the full program architecture — including eligibility, phase reservations and issuance, verification and registry standards, transferability, stacking rules, program administration, and the pathway to a state pilot and eventual federal authorization.

The Blueprint is currently available by request to policymakers, practitioners, funders, and other stakeholders engaged in wildfire resilience and conservation finance.
